Malicious Curse

Those afflicted by it are faced with intense hatred from their peers for seemingly no reason. The hatred is strong to the point of them being physically attacked simply for existing. The curse also allows the cursed person to attack with the curse, causing anyone the curse touches to feel the intense pain and hatred directed towards the original curser.
